ALEJANDRO GOLDSTEIN
Almost two decades of experience in commodity trading, specializing in the Oil & Gas sector. He occupied C.O.O. positions for large E&P companies and Swiss-based Trading Houses, managing a 3.2billion dollar trading book that extended to 18 countries and 170 traders, operators, and risk analysts, including the UK, Russia, Singapore, Nigeria, USA, Panama, Colombia, Peru and Argentina. Setup a 600kbbls terminal/tank farmin Jamaica that became one of the largest bunkering companies in the Caribbean. Owns Diverse Fuels S.A. in Argentina which is the 2nd largest non refinery importer and distributor of hydrocarbons in the country. Worked on several acquisitions and distribution licenses in Peru and in the Dominican Republic. In his roster of consulting services you will find several state-owned and privately held companies.

CECILIO ALVAREZ
Over 25 years in law, banking, and finance. He has a Juris Doctor Degree and a European master’s in Law and Economics. Worked for ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (“ABN AMRO”) in 1999 to 2006 as Head WCS Legal Global Markets, later worked for Robeco N.V as VP International Structuring for Latin America, Middle East, and Switzerland. Returned in 2011 to ABN AMRO as Head Fund Platform and Delta 1 a new business unit of ABN AMRO. He was responsible for setting up the new Asset Management Subsidiary of ABN AMRO, product development, vision, and strategy from the ground up. From 2013 to 2019 Mr Alvarez was appointed Head of Global Markets for Latin America and Southern Europe.

RODRIGO CALABRESE
He spentover 15 years at Marriott Hotels before co-founding Green Dot Group and GreenPoint Hospitality in the USA. Rodrigo provides strategic support, consulting and operation services to hotels in the USA and CALA. Green Point Hospitality is an approved Operator by Marriott International for the Caribbean and Latin America region. Food Service and Hospitality clients can take advantage of his expertise to improve on operational and logistical matters across the organization.

SEBASTIAN GUELPERIN
As a professional with more than 25 years of experience in the industry, he is devoted to the development and operation of restaurant businesses in the USA. At the Age of 21 Sebastian was already a Maitre d' at Puerto Sorrento Restaurant, in Buenos Aires supervising a team of over 45 people and serving over 3000 covers every weekend. In 2013 he co-founded Green Dot Group and since then has helped companies such as Freddo Gelato, Starbucks, Aton Hotels, Pani restaurants, Piacere Cafe, Trump towers condominium & The point condominium, among others. When it comes to Food Service, Sebastian’s knowledge is unparalleled with focus on efficiency, processes and costs management.
